A fold up bed is available on the ground floor in the small alcove off the dining room. Cost £55

No, all beds are fixed. There is 1 super king, 2 king and 2 double beds.

Yes for £15, but we ask guests to bring their own cot linen.

No, not without prior agreement.

One small/medium dog is permitted at a cost of £25. No more than one dog is permitted and must not be allowed into bedrooms. A further charge will be made if not cleaned up after in the garden.

Only inside the house with doors and windows closed and not after 10.30pm.
